Gert Cremer (CMA) Passed on 28 February 2009 |

Gert is op 28 Februarie 2009 oorlede nadat hy en sy
neefs en oom van ‘n Breakfast run uit Parys teruggekeer het huistoe. Die ongeluk
het by Buffelshoek plaasgevind. Gert was ‘n opregte dienaar van God en het sy hele lewe gewei aan die werke en die verkondiging van die woord. Glo my dit het nie sonder stryd gegaan nie. Hy was voorwaar 'n voorbeeld vir ons almal en ek kan vandag opreg se baie dankie Here Jesus dat Gert my man was. Dankie vir die voorbeeld wat hy vir my en sy kinders gestel het en glo my hy het groot voetspore gelos om gevul te word. Ons was 16 jaar getroud en ons ken mekaar al 21 jaar en ons het 'n wonderlike lewe saam gehad. Ons het alles saam gedoen en ons het mekaar opreg lief gehad. Toe ek hom ontmoet het het hy dit aan my bekend gemaak dat as hy sou kon kies hoe hy tot sterwe moet kom sou dit op 'n motorfiets wees en ja, God het sy wens verful. Ek glo daar is so baie werk wat gedoen moet word en ons kan nie nou stilstaan nie want dit is verseker nie hoe Gert dit sou gedoen het nie. Ek sal hom verseker mis en die verlange is groot maar ek weet dat hy nou by God is en dat hy sy deel op aarde gedoen het tot die beste van sy vermoe. Hy was nog steeds net 'n mens maar het altyd gese "onthou jy is dalk die laate Jesus wat die volgende persoon sien....“ Rus in vrede my liefste man en weet ek sal jou altyd altyd liefhe. Gert, a member of CMA (and
ex-president Wonderboom), was killed in a motorcycle accident on Saturday
morning, 28 February 2009. We mourn the passing of a great friend - it was an
honour to know him and have him as a friend. Condolences to his family and
friends.
Gert's memorial service will be at
the Bikers Church in Midrand on Wednesday, 04 March 2009 at 13H00.
Meet at McDonalds Koeksister Crossing in PTA where a mass ride will leave @
11H30 for Honda Midrand, and 12H00 from there to the church. It would be
appreciated if as many as possible can attend the funeral on their motorcycles.
